Terms and Conditions of Sale

    1. Application of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Conditions") govern all sales between WORLD OF PRODUCT ("the Company") and the customer. They take precedence over any terms in the customer’s purchase orders, correspondence, or elsewhere, unless explicitly agreed in writing by the Company. Any conflicting provisions are hereby excluded.​

    2. Modifications and Pricing
The Company reserves the right to amend these Conditions and adjust pricing or service charges at any time without prior notice. The customer shall pay the prices in effect at the time of delivery, as stated in the Company’s invoice.

   3. Suitability of Goods
Goods are not sold as being suitable for any particular use. All warranties—whether express, implied, or statutory—about fitness for purpose are expressly excluded.

   4. Availability
Goods sold from stock are subject to prior sale. Non-stock items are subject to availability, and the Company does not guarantee the procurement of such goods.

 

​   5. Right to Refuse Orders
The Company may refuse or cancel orders if payment or creditworthiness is deemed unsatisfactory. In the event of non-payment, insolvency, or other defaults, all outstanding payments become immediately due. The Company may suspend deliveries or cancel contracts without waiving other legal remedies.

   6. Subcontracting
The Company may subcontract or assign its responsibilities without notifying the customer.

   7. Installer Disclaimer
Installers recommended by the Company are independent. The Company accepts no liability for their performance or any resulting loss, even if recommended in good faith.​
